Refund / Return Policy

All orders come with a 30 day refund policy from day of item being delivered if any issues arise. 

Because our products are custom printed and unique, they will only qualify for refund if the product itself is flawed.

Size Exchange
I’m happy to exchange sizing within 7 days after the product has been received if the product has not been worn and washed but return postage is not covered. Custom printed orders are not covered.

Please include a note with your order number and exchange details in your return package and I will process it once received. Return address below.

What if your order says delivered, but you did not receive it? 

Please be sure you check with neighbors, roommates, family members or anyone else who may have been home at the time the package was delivered.

Stonk Shark Co. does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

If there are any issues please let us know via email and we can work on authorization for returns.
